This stir-fried zucchini dish is wonderfully delicious on its own, freshly cooked, but it truly shines when used as a topping for bibimbap! Main Ingredients- 1/2 Zucchini (approx. 130g)
- 1/4 Onion
- 2cm White part of Green Onion
Salting Seasoning (tablespoon measurement)- 0.3 tsp Fine Salt
Stir-frying Seasoning (tablespoon measurement)- 0.5 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 0.3 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 0.5 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- Pinch of Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 0.3 tsp Fine Salt
Stir-frying Seasoning (tablespoon measurement)- 0.5 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 0.3 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 0.5 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- Pinch of Toasted Sesame Seeds
Cooking Instructions
