  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Wine (Mirin)

Let’s start making a delicious anchovy stir-fry using fresh Gobak anchovies! Drizzle perilla oil (or regular cooking oil) into a pan. Add thinly sliced garlic and sauté over medium-low heat until fragrant and lightly golden, creating garlic-infused oil.
