Ingredients- 3 Steamed Buns (Hoppang) – choose your favorite filling like red bean, vegetable, or pizza
- 15g Butter (or vegetable oil)

All you need for this recipe are the steamed buns and butter! A delicious snack is ready with just these two simple ingredients. Whichever flavor of Hoppang you choose, the air fryer will elevate its taste to a whole new level.

It’s important to melt the butter smoothly. You can let it soften at room temperature, or for a quicker method, microwave it in 10-second intervals for about 20 seconds total. Be careful not to overheat, as it can burn!
