- 1/6 Carrot
- 1/2 Tomato
- 2 Tortillas

First, thoroughly wash all your vegetables. Peel the carrot and julienne it into thin strips. Cutting them thinly will ensure a pleasant texture when you bite into the wrap.

Remove the stem from the tomato and slice it into rounds about 0.5 cm thick. If you prefer, you can remove the seedy core.
