Step 1
First, prepare one cucumber. Wash it thoroughly by rubbing the skin with coarse salt, then trim off both ends. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the watery, seedy core from the center, as this part contains a lot of moisture. This step helps prevent the sandwich from becoming soggy and maintains a crispier texture.
