  • 300g well-fermented kimchi
  • 40g bacon

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Don’t squeeze out all the liquid from the kimchi. Chop it finely to preserve the kimchi’s flavor and moisture. If you have kimchi juice, adding about 1 tablespoon will enhance the savory taste.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix the pancake mix and tempura flour in a 1:1 ratio. Crack in 1 egg, then add 1/2 cup of water. Mix well until there are no lumps, then add the chopped kimchi and mix thoroughly to complete the batter.

Cut the prepared bacon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the kimchi batter. The flavor of the bacon will make it even more delicious.
