- 1/2 Onion
Seasoning- 2 Tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 1/2 Tbsp Salt
- 1-2 Tbsp Anchovy Sauce (for umami)
- 2 Tbsp Vinegar (for a refreshing tang)
- 1-1.5 Tbsp Oligodang (corn syrup/oligosaccharide)
- 1 Tbsp Plum Extract (for sweet and sour notes)
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic

Cooking Instructions
