Main Ingredients- 2 slices of bread (choose your favorite kind)
- 1/2 banana (select one that isn’t too ripe)
- 1-2 tsp jam (your favorite flavor, e.g., strawberry or blueberry)
- 1 tsp grapeseed oil or olive oil (for brushing the outside of the bread)
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar or mozzarella recommended)
- 2-3 tbsp peanut butter (adjust amount to your liking)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
For a cleaner cooking experience in your air fryer, place dried tangerine peels on the bottom of the air fryer basket. (You can also use parchment paper if tangerine peels are unavailable.)

Lightly brush one side of a slice of bread with grapeseed oil. Place the bread oil-side down onto the bottom of the air fryer basket.

If using spinach, wash it thoroughly, pat it dry, and then thinly julienne two leaves. Have your jam and cheese ready.

Spread your chosen jam (e.g., blueberry jam) evenly over the bread. Adjust the amount of jam to your preference.

Arrange the julienned spinach leaves neatly on top of the jam.

Place one slice of cheese over the spinach. The melting cheese will help hold the ingredients together.

Prepare half a banana by slicing it into appropriate pieces, about 0.5 cm thick. Be careful not to slice them too thinly, as they might fall apart.

Arrange the sliced banana pieces on top of the cheese. Place the remaining slice of cheese over the banana.
