Ingredients- 20 Crunchy Korean Chili Peppers
- 1 pack (350g) Pickled Radish Wraps (Moo Ssäm)
- 70g Carrot
- 60g Chives

Step 1
First, wash the crunchy Korean chili peppers thoroughly under running water. Trim off the stems. Then, make a cut about 1-2 cm from the tip of each pepper, going about halfway down. Carefully scoop out the seeds from the cut opening using a spoon. This preparation helps the filling go in easily and makes them pleasant to eat.
Step 2
Next, prepare the filling ingredients. Finely chop the pickled radish wraps into small pieces, about 1-2 cm in size. Julienne the carrot or dice it into small cubes for a nice color and texture. Wash the chives, pat them dry, and then chop them into approximately 2-3 cm lengths.
Step 3
Combine the chopped pickled radish wraps, julienned carrots, and chopped chives in a mixing bowl. Gently mix these ingredients together. Now, carefully stuff the prepared vegetable mixture into the cut opening of each chili pepper. Arrange the stuffed peppers attractively on a plate.
