Curry Donburi with a Subtle Curry Aroma

A super simple donburi, check it out now! ^^ I went on a picnic with friends last Sunday and injured one of my fingers ㅠ So yesterday, I couldn’t go play the janggu, and I was so upset~ Because of that, I was able to make dinner for my kids. I opened the fridge and it was quite empty ㅋㅋ I fed them what we had because they were studying for exams ㅋㅋ Then I remembered the breaded pork cutlets I had stored in the freezer, so I made donburi. It’s been years ㅋㅋ I wondered if there was something a bit different, not just the same old taste, and my eyes landed on Japanese curry. Yay! I hadn’t tried it, but Curry Donburi just clicked. I also had Tamago Japanese soy sauce, so I made the sauce. Both curry and soy sauce are sweet, so I didn’t need to add much sugar; the sauce tasted just right. My sons came home and felt lucky, with smiles on their faces ㅋㅋ They ate it all up, feeling full and satisfied. I didn’t eat it, but just tasting it, it was incredibly delicious. If you’re craving a different kind of donburi, I highly recommend Curry Donburi. Have a happy day today too~ ♡
