Ingredients (Makes approx. 11 Pepero)- 11 Ladyfinger cookies
- 60g White chocolate
- 60g Gold couverture chocolate
- 60g Dark chocolate
- A little bit of various colored chocolate pens
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, arrange your ladyfinger cookies neatly. These will form the base of your Pepero sticks.
Step 2
Divide the white, gold, and dark chocolates into separate piping bags. This keeps your colors organized and ready for easy application.
Step 3
Gently melt the chocolates in the piping bags. You can do this by placing the bags in a bowl of warm water or using a double boiler method. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely smooth and lump-free. It’s important to achieve a silky texture.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate pens in a similar fashion (e.g., in warm water) until they are fluid and ready for decorating. It’s best to melt them alongside the main chocolate so they’re ready when needed.

Place the piping bags with the melted chocolates into a tall, narrow glass or container. Dip each ladyfinger cookie into the chocolate, rotating to coat it evenly. Aim for a smooth, even layer of chocolate without it being too thick.
