Main Ingredients
- 1 block Cheongpomuk (approx. 300g)
- 36g Carrot (approx. 1/4 medium)

- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Perilla Oil
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, rinse the cheongpomuk thoroughly under running water. This will remove any impurities from the surface and make the dish cleaner.
Step 2
Cut the rinsed cheongpomuk into bite-sized pieces. Slicing them about 1cm thick will enhance the texture and allow the dressing to penetrate better, making them even more delicious.

Fill a pot with plenty of water and bring it to a rolling boil. Once the water is boiling, carefully add the sliced cheongpomuk.

The cheongpomuk is cooked when it floats to the surface and starts to turn transparent. This usually takes about 1-2 minutes. Be careful not to overcook, as it might break apart.

Drain the cooked cheongpomuk using a sieve and immediately rinse it under cold water to cool it down. Rinsing in cold water helps maintain the chewy texture of the muk. Make sure to drain the water thoroughly.
