- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Pinch of Black Pepper
Refreshing Sauce- 1 container (85g) Plain Yogurt
- 1 tsp Mustard Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, let’s prepare the vegetables. Finely julienne the carrot, onion, and red cabbage. If julienning is difficult, you can use a food processor. Cut the cheese slices in half.
Step 2
It’s convenient to make the refreshing and delicious sauce in advance. In a bowl, combine the plain yogurt, mustard sauce, honey, and lemon juice. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 3
Now it’s time to prepare the delicious bulgogi. Lightly pat the beef bulgogi slices dry with paper towels. Then, in a bowl, mix the beef with soy sauce, sugar, red wine, olive oil, and black pepper. Gently toss to coat and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
We’ll make the tortillas soft and pliable. Heat a dry non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Place a tortilla in the pan and lightly grill both sides until just warmed and slightly softened. This will prevent the tortilla from tearing when you roll it.
Step 5
It’s time to cook the marinated bulgogi. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook both sides until nicely browned and juicy. Avoid overcooking, as this can make the meat tough. The key is to cook it quickly to retain its moisture.
Step 6
Let’s assemble the wrap! On the warm tortilla, arrange the julienned vegetables and the halved cheese slices attractively. (If you have fresh cilantro or water dropwort (minari), you can add it here for an aromatic touch.)
Step 7
Finally, generously top with the cooked bulgogi and drizzle with your desired amount of the prepared sauce. Fold in the sides of the tortilla first, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a delicious beef bulgogi tortilla wrap!
