Delicious Egg Salad Bread – Homemade Style

Main Ingredients- 6 Eggs
- 1/2 Onion
Seasoning- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- Pinch of Black Pepper

1. First, boil the eggs until hard-boiled and then mash them! Place 6 eggs in a pot, cover with water, and boil for about 12-15 minutes until fully cooked. Once cooked, cool them in cold water, peel, and place in a bowl. Mash the eggs thoroughly using a fork or a potato masher until smooth. Ensure there are no large chunks.

2. Finely dice half an onion. It’s recommended to soak the diced onion in cold water for about 5 minutes to reduce its pungent flavor, then drain it very well. Add the finely diced onion to the mashed eggs. Then, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of mustard, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined to create the egg salad filling. Taste and adjust seasoning with more mayonnaise or pepper if desired.

3. Prepare your bread of choice (like sliced bread, sweet rolls, or burger buns). Slice them in half or cut into suitable portions. Generously spoon the prepared egg salad filling onto the bread. Your delicious egg salad bread is now complete! For an extra touch, you can garnish with a little ketchup or chopped parsley. Enjoy this simple yet incredibly tasty snack, perfect as a light meal or satisfying snack!
