Enoki Mushroom Bacon Rolls Your Kids Will Love!
To encourage my son, who usually dislikes mushrooms, I tried wrapping enoki mushrooms in bacon and grilling them. He absolutely loved it! This recipe is also perfect for a simple, solo drinking snack at home. Enjoy the fantastic combination of savory bacon and chewy mushrooms.
Key Ingredients- 6 slices bacon
- 1 small pack enoki mushrooms
Seasoning & Others- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the enoki mushrooms. Take one small pack, trim the base, and clean them. Gently separate the clustered mushrooms. Also, have your bacon slices ready.
Step 2
Now, let’s roll the enoki mushrooms with bacon. Lay a slice of bacon flat. Place a small bunch of the prepared enoki mushrooms in the center of the bacon. Gently pull the bacon while rolling to wrap the mushrooms tightly, ensuring there are no gaps. This helps keep the mushrooms inside when cooking and maintains a neat shape.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add 1/2 Tbsp of olive oil and use a paper towel to spread it evenly across the pan. This prevents sticking and ensures even cooking.
Step 4
Place the rolled enoki mushroom bacon rolls onto the prepared pan. Keep the heat at medium-low, turning them gently to cook all sides until golden brown, being careful not to burn the bacon. The bacon fat will render and help coat the pan.

Continue cooking until the enoki mushrooms are tender and cooked through, and the bacon is crispy. Your delicious enoki mushroom bacon rolls are now ready! The savory bacon and earthy mushroom flavor create a wonderful taste combination.
