  • 3 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 3 green onions

Seasoning Mix

  • 300g ketchup
  • 300g gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 200g sugar
  • 100g minced garlic
  • 100ml chili oil
