Ingredients (Serves 60)- 4kg Vienna sausages
- 3 onions

- 100ml chili oil

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Start by rinsing the Vienna sausages under hot running water to clean them and remove any excess oil. This step helps to make the sausages plumper and ensures a cleaner taste in the final dish.

Chop the onions and bell peppers into roughly 2-3cm squares. Slice the carrot into thin rounds. These shapes will ensure they cook evenly and provide a pleasing texture.

Slice the green onions diagonally into bite-sized pieces. This cut will help them release their aromatic flavor beautifully into the oil as they cook.
