Today, I’m showing you the air fryer version of the popular Baek Jong-won style corn cheese. This is an incredibly easy recipe that’s perfect for home parties or as a delicious beer accompaniment!
Main Ingredients- 1 can (approx. 300g) Canned Corn Kernels
- 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- A pinch of Parsley Flakes
- 1 cup (approx. 100g) Mozzarella Cheese
Optional Topping- A few Sliced Black Olives

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Drain the canned corn kernels thoroughly using a sieve. It’s important to remove excess liquid to prevent the corn cheese from becoming watery or bland. In a bowl, combine the drained corn with mayonnaise, sugar, and a pinch of parsley flakes. Mix well until everything is evenly coated. The sugar enhances the corn’s natural sweetness and creates a delightful balance with the mayonnaise.
Step 2
Transfer the corn mixture into an oven-safe dish or an air fryer-safe container, spreading it out evenly. Generously sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top. The melting cheese will add a rich, savory flavor. For an extra touch, you can scatter some sliced black olives on top for a pop of color and briny flavor.
