- 2 Tbsp minced garlic (adjust to taste)
- Generous amount of Costco black pepper (or freshly ground pepper)
- 3 Tbsp olive oil (enhances the ribs’ flavor)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the pork ribs by soaking them in water to remove blood and making cuts to help the marinade penetrate. Soak the ribs in cold water for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, changing the water halfway through if possible. After soaking, pat the ribs thoroughly dry with paper towels. Make shallow cuts, about 1-2 cm apart, between the bones. This will allow the marinade to soak in more deeply, resulting in much better flavor.
Step 2
Marinate the prepared pork ribs with the magical seasoning blend. Place the drained ribs in a bowl. Add the minced garlic and a generous amount of freshly ground Costco black pepper, then drizzle with olive oil. Use your hands to gently massage the marinade into every part of the ribs, ensuring they are well-coated. Let the ribs marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
Step 3
Now, it’s time to cook the ribs in the air fryer! Arrange the marinated ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap. Place them in a preheated air fryer set to 180°C (350°F) and cook for a total of 40 minutes. You can relax or do other preparations while your delicious ribs are cooking.
Step 4
Check the ribs periodically and adjust their position for even cooking. During the 40-minute cooking time, it’s important to pull out the air fryer basket every 10-15 minutes to reposition or flip the ribs. Ensure that any less cooked or thicker parts are facing upwards, allowing heat to circulate evenly. This technique helps achieve perfectly crispy and juicy ribs on all sides.
Step 5
Your spectacular air fryer pork ribs are ready! Arrange the golden-brown ribs attractively on a serving platter. They are delicious on their own, but you can also enjoy them with warm rice for a hearty meal, or dip them in a spicy and sweet Sriracha sauce for an extra flavor kick. Enjoy these incredibly delicious pork ribs with your family!
