Main Ingredients- 2 imitation crab sticks (kani sticks)
- 1/2 medium onion
Dressing Ingredients- 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1 Tbsp sugar

First, prepare 2 imitation crab sticks in a bowl. You can lightly toss them with ponzu sauce or soy sauce if you like, but they are delicious as is. Shred the crab sticks finely along their natural grain.
