Easy Ciabatta Pizza Bread Made in the Microwave
Create Ciabatta Pizza Bread with Your Microwave! Super Easy and Quick!
Hello everyone! This is Nani. Today, I’m sharing a recipe for a simple Ciabatta Pizza Bread that’s perfect for a relaxing day. It’s so easy and quick that anyone can make it, especially using bread you already have at home. Shall we make it together?
Ingredients
- 2 Ciabatta breads
- Tomato pesto, to taste (Tomato spaghetti sauce can be used as a substitute)
- 60g Mozzarella cheese
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare two ciabatta breads by placing them side-by-side on a clean cutting board. If the breads are very large, you can cut them in half.
Step 2
Next, prepare the tomato pesto. If you don’t have commercial tomato pesto, using a store-bought tomato spaghetti sauce will yield excellent results. Ensure you have enough pesto to spread evenly over the bread.
Step 3
Now, prepare 60g of mozzarella cheese. Using pre-shredded mozzarella cheese will make the process even more convenient.
Step 4
Using a spoon or knife, spread the tomato pesto generously and evenly over the top of each ciabatta bread. The pesto will add a wonderful depth of flavor to your pizza bread.
Step 5
Generously pile the prepared mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato pesto. Using plenty of cheese ensures a delicious, stretchy pizza bread. Place the bread in the microwave and heat for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. (Adjust the time based on your microwave’s power.)
Step 6
Once removed from the microwave, your ciabatta pizza bread will be ready, with the cheese perfectly melted and golden. It’s best enjoyed immediately while warm!
Step 7
Cut the finished ciabatta pizza bread into manageable portions using a knife and fork. Serve it with a warm cup of coffee for a delightful brunch or snack. Enjoy this simple yet delicious meal made right at home!
