My children absolutely love corn, so I make this dish often! Using canned corn makes it incredibly convenient and quick to prepare. It’s a crowd-pleaser with its delightful combination of salty cheese and creamy mayonnaise. It’s perfect as a simple snack for kids or even a light bite with drinks.

  • 1 can canned corn, drained
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise (adjust to taste)
  • 1 slice processed cheese
  • Pinch of black pepper

It’s a good idea to start with about 4 tablespoons and then add a little more if needed, according to your taste. Mix well to coat the corn evenly with the mayonnaise.
