New York Hot Dog Ingredients- 2 Morning Buns (or soft rolls)
- 2 Vienna Sausages
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Pickles
- 1 Tbsp Mustard Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Finely dice the onion. To mellow its sharp flavor, soak the diced onion in cold water for about 5 minutes. After soaking, drain the onion thoroughly and pat it dry.
