Bread- 10 slices of sliced bread
Garlic Butter Sauce- 1.5 Tbsp salted butter (approx. 23g)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced, approx. 1 tsp)
- 1.5 Tbsp sugar (approx. 23g)
- A pinch of dried parsley flakes (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Gently melt 1.5 Tbsp of salted butter using a double boiler. Stir until the butter is completely melted and smooth. If using a microwave, heat in short intervals, stirring in between.

Finely mince 2 cloves of garlic. You can use a food processor or a knife for this. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic with 1.5 Tbsp of sugar and the melted butter. Stir well to create a delicious garlic butter sauce.

Cut the sliced bread into 4 equal pieces. Using a pastry brush or a spoon, generously spread the prepared garlic butter sauce evenly over the surface of each bread piece. Make sure to coat the edges as well for maximum flavor.
