Main Ingredients- 2 handfuls Mini King Oyster Mushrooms (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/5 Onion (thinly sliced)
- Wedge fries or 1 potato (cut into bite-sized pieces)
Seasoning- 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/3 Tbsp garlic soy sauce (or regular soy sauce; adjust amount carefully as garlic soy sauce is salty!)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, let’s prepare the main ingredients. If the mini king oyster mushrooms are not too large, use them whole. If they are large, cut them in half or into 2-3 pieces. Peel and thinly slice the onion. For the potatoes, you can use wedge fries or, if using regular potatoes, peel and cut them into bite-sized pieces. (If using frozen potatoes, pre-baking them in an air fryer or oven will make the process even smoother.)

Heat a little cooking oil in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and prepared mini king oyster mushrooms, and stir-fry until the onions become translucent.
