Main Ingredients- 1/2 block Acorn Jelly (approx. 200g)
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 handful Bean Sprouts (approx. 20g)
Dressing Ingredients- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the acorn jelly. Cut the acorn jelly in half, then slice it thinly into strips that are about the same length as your bell peppers. Slicing it thinly will make it easier to roll and prevent it from breaking.

Next, let’s prepare the colorful bell peppers. Remove the seeds from the red and yellow bell peppers, wash them thoroughly, and then julienne them into thin strips, similar in thickness to the acorn jelly. The crisp texture of the bell peppers will add a wonderful dimension to the rolls.

Now, it’s time to prepare the cucumber. Wash the cucumber and trim off the ends. Using a vegetable peeler, carefully shave the cucumber into thin, long slices. Aim for thin slices without removing the seeds entirely, as this will help the cucumber bend and roll smoothly. If you don’t have a peeler, you can also thinly slice it with a knife.
