Ingredients- 5 roots fresh ginseng
- 200ml milk
- Honey to taste

First, thoroughly wash the fresh ginseng roots. Trim off the ‘brain’ or the knotty top part of the ginseng, as it can sometimes impart a slightly bitter taste. This step ensures a smoother, more pleasant flavor.

To help the ginseng blend easily, chop it into small pieces. If your blender isn’t very powerful, cutting the ginseng very finely is crucial for a smooth consistency without any chunks. Place the chopped ginseng into your blender.

Pour 200ml of cold milk into the blender with the ginseng. Secure the lid tightly and blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. You can add honey directly into the blender with the ginseng and milk, or stir it in after pouring into your glass – it’s entirely up to your preference! I prefer to add the honey after pouring.
