  • 2 fresh ginseng roots
  • 40g onion (about 1/4 medium onion)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 20g carrot (about 1/5 medium carrot)
  • 80g chicken breast (about 1/2 breast)
  • 1 bowl of cooked rice (warm)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
