Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Here are the ready-made egg potato salad and crab stick salad we’ll be using. These form the core flavor base of our sandwich.

Step 2

The creamy mayonnaise in the salads can sometimes feel a bit rich. To balance this, we’ll add 4 tablespoons of fresh wasabi and 2 tablespoons of bright lemon juice. Then, add 2 teaspoons of coarsely ground black pepper for an aromatic touch. Combine all these ingredients in a bowl and gently mix with a spoon. If you prefer a saltier taste, a pinch of salt can be added to reduce the richness and enhance the flavor even further.
