Main Ingredients- 1 King Oyster Mushroom
- 1/2 Enoki Mushroom

First, wash the salad greens thoroughly under running water and pat them completely dry. If any moisture remains, the salad can taste watery, so it’s best to use paper towels or a salad spinner to ensure they are well-dried.
Step 2
While the greens are drying, it’s time to roast the mushrooms, the star of this salad. Roasting mushrooms until they are golden brown brings out their natural sweetness and deepens their flavor, making them incredibly delicious. For a light diet meal, you can simply pan-fry them without oil or use an air fryer. Alternatively, you can steam them with a little water for a clean, savory taste. However, for a richer flavor, lightly coat them with olive oil and sauté over medium heat, being careful not to let them dry out completely.
