  • 1 Tbsp Cooking syrup (or corn syrup)

  • A drizzle of sesame oil

Peucedanum Japonicum can be a bit tough if eaten raw. Start by blanching the Bangpumnamul in boiling water until tender. Immediately rinse under cold water to preserve its vibrant green color and to stop the cooking process.

Once blanched, cut the Bangpumnamul into bite-sized pieces. Prepare the chopped red chili and chopped shrimp meat to be added. It’s best to lightly pre-cook the shrimp meat. Mixing the seasoning ingredients together in advance will make the dressing process smoother.
