Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Crack 2 fresh eggs into a wide bowl. Gently whisk them with a fork or whisk until the yolks and whites are well combined. Set aside your prepared mozzarella cheese in another dish.

Pour the beaten eggs gently into a non-stick frying pan heated over medium-low heat. Using chopsticks or a silicone spatula, stir the eggs from the bottom up towards the edges as they cook. When the eggs start to form soft curds, stop stirring and shape them.

When the eggs are about 80% cooked, generously sprinkle your prepared mozzarella cheese over one half of the omelet. The cheese will melt and add a wonderful flavor.
