After a thorough house cleaning, I decided to make some pancake hot dogs to enjoy! Unlike traditional hot dog buns, these have a wonderfully fluffy texture and a subtly sweet flavor that lingers on your palate, making them incredibly addictive. They’re a delightful treat!
Pancake Batter Ingredients- 100g pancake mix

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, let’s prepare the pancake batter. In a bowl, combine 100g of pancake mix, 80ml of milk, and 1 egg. Whisk them together until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps. Be careful not to overmix, as this will help create fluffy pancakes.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Ladle some batter into the pan, shaping it thinly and lengthwise to match the size of your sausages. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface, then carefully flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Keep an eye on the heat to prevent burning.

As soon as you remove the pancake from the pan, while it’s still warm, gently curve it around the rim of a cup and hold it in shape. This will help it set into a hot dog bun form. The curve should accommodate the filling you’ll add later. Adjust the curve based on your cup size.
