Super Easy Scrambled Eggs Recipe
When you have nothing special in the fridge, this is an egg dish that’s much easier and quicker than fried eggs. Perfect for breakfast or a simple snack!
Basic Ingredients- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 3 Tbsp milk
Seasoning for Flavor- 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1/3 tsp salt

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, heat a non-stick pan over low heat and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Crack 1 large egg into the pan, preparing to mix the yolk and white.
Step 2
Once the egg is in, immediately use a spatula or chopsticks to gently stir it in the pan. Continue to stir slowly until the yolk and white are fully combined and the mixture starts to form soft curds.
Step 3
As the egg begins to cook, add 1/3 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of black pepper to season. Feel free to adjust the saltiness to your preference.
Step 4
Finally, keep stirring gently to prevent the eggs from burning, cooking until they reach your desired consistency. Be careful not to overcook, as they can become dry; it’s best to remove them from the heat when they are still moist and fluffy. Your dish is ready!
