  • 2 bowls of cooked Rice (day-old or cooled rice works best)

  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • Sesame Seeds to taste

Wash the red bell pepper, remove the seeds, and dice it into small cubes of about 0.5cm.

Wash and peel the carrot, then dice it into small cubes similar in size to the bell pepper. Dicing the carrot finely ensures it mixes evenly in the fried rice and cooks faster.

If you have one king oyster mushroom, clean it and dice it into bite-sized pieces. (Adding mushrooms will enhance the flavor.)
