  • 1/4 orange, segmented or sliced
  • 1/4 pineapple, chopped (optional, drained if using canned)
  • 5 seedless grapes, halved
  • 80g plain yogurt (sweetened or unsweetened, to taste)
  • Your favorite cereal, a generous amount
  • Nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts), a sprinkle
  • 50ml milk (adjust to preference)

Wash all the fresh fruits thoroughly. Core and dice the apple into bite-sized pieces (you can leave the skin on or peel it). For the orange, remove the peel and pith, then segment the fruit or slice it thinly. Chop the pineapple into similar-sized pieces. Halve the seedless grapes.
