Ingredients- 1 Bagel
- 100g Ricotta cheese
- 1/3 Tomato
- 4-5 leaves Butterhead lettuce
- 50g Sliced sandwich ham
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Whole grain mustard

First, take your bagel and carefully slice it in half horizontally with a sharp knife. This preparation makes it easy to fill the sandwich.

Place the halved bagel, cut-side up, into a toaster and toast until golden brown. If you don’t have a toaster, you can lightly butter a skillet, place the bagel halves cut-side down, and toast over medium-low heat until golden and slightly crispy on the outside while remaining soft inside.

Wash the fresh tomato thoroughly, remove the stem, and slice it thinly into rounds, about 3mm thick. Slicing them not too thick will help prevent the sandwich from becoming soggy.
