Main Ingredients- 6 pieces Galbi Sanjeok (pre-grilled)
- 1 handful mixed greens (lettuce, baby greens, romaine, etc., as desired)
- 8 strawberries
- 2 mini bananas, frozen (thawed before use)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Assume the Galbi Sanjeok is already grilled; use it as is or gently warm it up. Wash the mixed greens thoroughly and pat them dry. Tear or chop them into bite-sized pieces. Hull the strawberries and cut them into quarters or your preferred size. Thaw the frozen mini bananas at room temperature until they are soft.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar to make the dressing. Add a pinch of toasted sesame seeds and a pinch of sesame oil for a nutty aroma, then mix gently. Taste and adjust the soy sauce or vinegar quantities to your preference.
Step 3
Arrange the prepared mixed greens attractively on a large plate. Top with the Galbi Sanjeok pieces, strawberries, and thawed mini bananas. Drizzle the prepared dressing evenly over the salad. Finally, sprinkle with a few more toasted sesame seeds for a beautiful finish. The combination of fresh greens, sweet fruits, and savory Galbi Sanjeok is truly delightful.
