Step 1
First, let’s prepare the delicious bulgogi marinade. In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Once the sugar is dissolved, stir in 1 teaspoon of minced garlic and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Your flavorful bulgogi marinade is now ready!
Step 2
Place 100g of your cleaned beef (sliced thinly for bulgogi) into a bowl. Pour the prepared bulgogi marinade over the beef. Gently massage the marinade into the meat with your hands, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Marinating allows the flavors to deepen for a richer taste.
