Sauce & Seasoning Ingredients

  • 3 packets of pre-made seasoned chicken dipping sauce (approx. 90ml)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (approx. 50g)

Optional Sides

  • Frozen french fries, as needed
  • 1 serving of pickled radish (chicken mu)

Cooking Instructions

Fry the frozen boneless fried chicken until golden brown and crispy, following the package instructions. Aim for an oil temperature of 170-180°C (340-350°F) for optimal crispiness.

In the same oil used for the chicken, fry the frozen french fries until golden and crispy. These make a perfect accompaniment to your chicken.

Transfer the fried chicken to a clean bowl. Divide it into two equal portions. Place one portion in a separate bowl and add the 3 packets of seasoned chicken dipping sauce. Gently toss to coat the chicken evenly with the sauce for a delicious sweet and spicy sauced chicken.
