For the Ham and Cheese Egg Roll Wrap
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp cornstarch
- 1-2 slices processed cheese
- 1-2 slices ham
- A small bunch of fresh chives
- A pinch of dried parsley flakes
- A pinch of salt
- A little canola oil

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
To begin making the Ham and Cheese Egg Roll Wrap, crack 2 large eggs into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of cornstarch. Whisk everything together thoroughly with chopsticks or a whisk until well combined. The cornstarch will help make the egg crepe softer and less prone to breaking.
Step 2
Lightly grease a non-stick pan over low heat with a small amount of canola oil. Be careful not to let the pan get too hot, as the egg can burn quickly. Pour the whisked egg mixture into the pan, spreading it thinly to form a round crepe. Once the egg starts to set, sprinkle dried parsley flakes evenly over the surface for a touch of color and flavor. Carefully flip the egg crepe and cook the other side until just set.
Step 3
Gently flip the cooked egg crepe so the side with parsley flakes is now facing down. Arrange your prepared slices of ham and processed cheese over the egg. For added freshness and a vibrant look, place some finely chopped fresh chives on top as well. Starting from one edge, carefully roll up the egg crepe tightly, enclosing the fillings. Roll it like you would a sushi roll to ensure the ingredients stay intact and the wrap holds its shape nicely.

Allow the rolled egg wrap to cool slightly. Once it’s firm enough to handle, slice it into bite-sized pieces, about 2-3 cm thick.
