- 2 chicken breasts

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, rinse the chicken breasts, pat them dry, and dice them into approximately 0.5cm cubes. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well to marinate. The cooking wine will help tenderize the chicken and remove any gamey odors.

Next, prepare the bell peppers and onion. Dice the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and onion into similarly sized pieces, about 0.5cm cubes, matching the size of the chicken. This ensures all ingredients will cook evenly and integrate nicely into the fried rice.
