  • Pancake mix, 200g (store-bought)
  • Cold milk, 100ml
  • Apple jam (to taste)
  • Cinnamon powder (ground cinnamon), a pinch

Start by cracking one fresh egg into a clean bowl. Bringing the egg to room temperature beforehand can help it mix more easily with other ingredients.
