Hello everyone! I’m a super busy working mom, and today I got home late again. That’s why I’m making a healthy ‘Fungi Pizza’ for my kids who absolutely love pizza. It’s become our go-to meal at home, packed with plenty of mushrooms! ^^;; Did you know mushrooms are incredibly good for your health? They boost immunity and help prevent cancer. The oyster mushrooms I’m using today are great for lowering cholesterol, making them effective for dieting. Plus, they help prevent adult diseases and have anti-cancer properties! Pizza Ingredients

  • 1 Tortilla (Choose a large size with a short expiration date for freshness)
  • 1/2 bottle Onion Garlic Sauce
  • Dried mushrooms (your desired type and amount)
  • 10 Olives
  • 100g Mozzarella Cheese

For the best results, use a large tortilla with a short expiration date, as these tend to be fresher. They usually come in packs of five.

Generously spread the spaghetti sauce all over the tortilla. Then, slice and arrange 2 sausages on top. Easy, right? However, this alone doesn’t make it a truly healthy dish.

Here comes the star of the pizza! I’ve chosen dried oyster mushrooms for today. Soak the dried mushrooms in water for about 20 minutes, then squeeze out any excess moisture thoroughly. Pile them generously onto the pizza! To truly call it ‘Fungi Pizza’, you need a lot of mushrooms!

Next, let’s add plenty of stretchy mozzarella cheese. I find it convenient to use the 100g packs, as they often come in sets of three. Sprinkle a whole pack generously for that irresistible cheesy flavor. Cheese is always a good idea! ♡

This is the amount of mozzarella cheese in one 100g pack. Feel free to adjust the quantity according to your preference.

Don’t forget to add healthy olives! Olives are not only good for dieting but also excellent for preventing stomach ulcers and inflammation, preventing cancer, and fighting aging. Doesn’t it feel like you’re boosting your health just by adding them?

All the preparations are complete! Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for about 15 minutes. Please adjust the baking time based on your oven’s specifications.
