  • Yellow bell pepper, a portion
  • Orange bell pepper, a portion
  • 1 knob of butter
  • Pink peppercorns, a pinch

First, please prepare all the ingredients needed for the recipe. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly and remove the seeds before using.

Slice the cabbage into thick, steak-like pieces, about 3 to 5 cm thick. Be careful not to slice them too thinly, as they might fall apart during cooking.
