Ingredients- 1/6 head of cabbage
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- Balsamic glaze, to taste
- Red bell pepper, a portion
- Yellow bell pepper, a portion
- Orange bell pepper, a portion
- 1 knob of butter
- Pink peppercorns, a pinch
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, please prepare all the ingredients needed for the recipe. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly and remove the seeds before using.
Step 2
Slice the cabbage into thick, steak-like pieces, about 3 to 5 cm thick. Be careful not to slice them too thinly, as they might fall apart during cooking.
Step 3
Lightly season the sliced cabbage on both sides with salt and pepper. This step helps to enhance the natural sweetness of the cabbage.

Cut the tri-colored bell peppers, which will be used as a garnish, into bite-sized pieces, similar in size to the cabbage slices or as preferred.

Melt a knob of butter in a preheated grill pan. Once the butter is melted, place the seasoned cabbage slices in the pan. Cover with a lid and cook over medium-low heat for about 3 to 5 minutes until one side is golden brown and tender. Once one side is cooked, flip the cabbage and cook the other side in the same manner.
