Sandwich Ingredients- 4 slices HACCP certified bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 7 imitation crab sticks (kani kama)
- 1 handful fresh cabbage (approx. 50g)
- 1/2 sweet onion (approx. 50g)
- Squeezable cheese (tube type)
- Flavorful whole grain mustard
- A pinch of fine salt
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
To make a delicious avocado crab stick sandwich, prepare all necessary ingredients thoroughly. Wash vegetables under running water and pat them dry.

Shred the cabbage coarsely so it mixes well with the other sandwich fillings. Finely chop the onion for a pleasant texture.

Sprinkle 2-3 pinches of fine salt over the chopped onion and let it sit. Salting the onion reduces its pungency and enhances its sweetness.
