Nurungji Chicken and Vegetable Porridge Ingredients

  • 1 pack Chicken (3 pieces)
  • 2L Water
  • 280g Nurungji (1 bag)
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Zucchini (finely chopped)
  • 1 Carrot (finely chopped)
  • 4 Tbsp Yeondu (soy sauce or soup soy sauce can be substituted)
  • 1 Tbsp Salt (adjust to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • A pinch of Sesame Seeds
