Rice Burger Patty & Rice

  • 2 bowls of cooked rice
  • 1 can of tuna
  • A little bell pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • A little cabbage
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 block of tofu
  • 2 slices of cheese

Seasoning & Sauce

  • Mayonnaise
  • Sesame oil
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of salt
  • Toasted sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

First, lightly season 2 bowls of cooked rice with salt. Add sesame oil for a nutty aroma and toasted sesame seeds, then mix well. Divide this rice into 4 portions and shape them into round, flat patties. Making the rice patties slightly firm will help them hold their shape without crumbling when grilled.

Lightly oil a heated pan and place the prepared rice patties on it. Grill them over medium-low heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides. This will create rice patties that are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.

Similarly, press out as much water as possible from the tofu using a cloth or paper towels. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna and tofu, finely chopped bell pepper and cabbage, and onion.
