Main Ingredients- 1 packet of ramen (choose your favorite kind)
- 1 medium-sized potato
- 1 fresh egg
- 1/2 stalk of green onion, thinly sliced
- 4 perilla leaves, cut into thick strips
Seasoning and Broth- 1/2 cup of water (or add 1/2 cup more than package instructions)
- 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of ground perilla seeds
- 1/2 cup of water (or add 1/2 cup more than package instructions)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, peel the skin off one medium-sized potato. Then, slice it into approximately 1 cm thick pieces, fanning them out like wedges, and place them in a pot. Add 1/2 cup more water than the amount indicated on the ramen package instructions, and bring it to a boil along with the potatoes. Ensure the potatoes are cooked until tender.
Step 2
Once the water is boiling vigorously, add the ramen noodles and the entire soup packet. Gently separate the noodles with chopsticks as they cook to prevent sticking, and let them simmer. Allow the potatoes and ramen to meld together beautifully.
