  • 1/2 carrot
  • 200g ground beef or thinly sliced beef
  • 1 bowl of warm cooked rice (approx. 200g)

First, let’s marinate the beef. In a bowl, combine the ground or thinly sliced beef with 1 Tbsp plum extract, 1 Tbsp oligosaccharide, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp cooking wine, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well by hand, ensuring all the beef is coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

While the beef is marinating, prepare the carrot. Wash the carrot thoroughly, peel it, and finely dice it. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the marinated beef along with the diced carrot. Stir and break up the beef as it cooks, and sauté until the carrot is tender and the beef is cooked through. You’ll know it’s ready when it becomes fragrant!
