  • Chives 300g
  • Whole garlic cloves 500g
  • Samgyetang herbal mix 500g
  • Cooked rice 5kg
  • Diced vegetables 1kg (e.g., carrots, onions, green onions)
  • Salt 400g
  • Black pepper 200g

Cooking Instructions

In a large, deep pot, add plenty of cold water, the Samgyetang herbal mix, and whole garlic cloves. Bring to a rolling boil. Once boiling, add all 65 chicken drumsticks. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for about 1 hour to extract a rich chicken broth. Make sure to boil until the chicken is tender.
